Racism is sustained by a system of privileges that generates subjective effects at both an individual and collective level, and is closely related to whiteness. This article, based on a qualitative research-intervention carried out with 215 Psychology, Nursing and Medicine students at a university in the interior of São Paulo, reflects on the contribution of sociodrama as an interventional tool in anti-racist practices in health training. The results show that sociodrama is a powerful strategy for sensitizing students, enhancing anti-racist professional practices in health care and contributing to social transformation.
