Abstract

This article aims to discuss the importance of implementing affirmative actions in psychodrama training and events in Brazil and its challenges, based on sharing the experience of offering the “Bolsa da Diversidade ABP”, from the Associação Brasiliense de Psicodrama e Sociodrama (ABP), implemented in 2024. We understand that despite the advances in the discussion of racial issues and diversity, we need to promote mechanisms that facilitate the entry of marginalized groups into training and events, still mostly formed by white cisgender people. We believe that offering specific policies for these minorities contributes to rectifying historical disparities, fostering inclusion and confronting discrimination in our society.
